How do I return or exchange my order?

Can I return an item on sale?
If the item is more than 40% off, it is considered final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is on final sale, this will be indicated on the product page.
Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
We accept items on sale back for return or exchange. However, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is on final sale, it will be indicated on the product page.
Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
Please get in contact with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with details on your order’s change request. We strive to process orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders and free international shipping on orders over a certain threshold.
When will my order ship?
To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received. Lagoon Bleu Swim is only able to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to say Lagoon Bleu Swim ships all around the world! Please make sure to place your order in your local currency. This can be changed at the top right corner of the home page. If an international order is placed in USD, it will be automatically canceled. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. Please note that international orders that include pre-ordered items will be fulfilled once and not divided into separate shipments.
When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.
How do I track my international shipment?
Please track your order here. You will need your order ID and email to track your order.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t shown up within 48 hours, please contact at email@example.com and a customer rep will help you.
What is a pre-order item? When can I expect pre-ordered items?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, a shipping date will be provided in the product description.
Do you have a size chart? What size should I order?
You can find a size chart on the product page next to the size selection and any additional fit notes can be found in the “Size&Fit” tab under product description. If you still have questions about fit and specific questions about styles, please feel free to reach out to our team via email.
Are duties and taxes included in my international order total?
This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order.

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
All other countries have the option to prepay at checkout or on delivery.
Can I get a refund on the duties and taxes if I return my order?
Any duties and taxes paid separately are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.
What payment methods are accepted?
Lagoon Bleu Swim accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, and PayPal payment. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We also offer local payment methods on international orders and these are presented at the checkout.
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you enter your email address to get notified when the product in your size is back in stock.
Where are Lagoon Bleu Swim items designed and manufactured?
All Lagoon Bleu Swim items are designed at our office in Washington D.C. Our swimwear is manufactured in Jamaica.
What are the bikinis made of?
Please check the “details” section for each product to find out what the item is made of.
Is there anywhere I can try on Lagoon Bleu items? Do you have any store locations?
As of now, the only place to purchase authentic Lagoon Bleu items is through our website. We do not have any store locations or go through any outside retailers at this moment.

How do I care for my Lagoon Bleu swimsuit?
Hand wash only in cold water, use a mild detergent or simply water. Hang dry when finished, do not tumble dry.
Please keep in mind that a high amount of chlorine can damage your swimsuit, wash immediately after use. Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners can stain or damage your swimsuit.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
